Thank you April :D it is great tip! Though because I cook aburaage till all liquid evaporates which is quite long time, aburaage pocket open up without rolling them. I never do. That is great point actually I will add that to the recipe on my blog! thank you so much :D

I love inarizushi!! I made some just last week 😊 You forgot to show one vital step: rolling it with a chopstick or handle of a wooden spoon to open up the pocket. They don’t all just open so easily to accept rice like you’ve shown.
