I recently updated to ios 18 and the scarlet app that works on that website is the one with the henan certificate. You should also use the same certificate when sideloading so the apps will be listed together with scarlet in the profile. It will not work if you use other certificates for sideloading. It took me 3 hours to figure that out but now it works.
