Checkbox is an amazing way to provide user with an elevated experience like able to quickly track changes across a task liecycle.
Used Features:
CheckBox - Can be accessed using the Insert menu option.
If Condition - Syntax =IF(?Condition?, ?True?, ?False?)
Nested If condition - Syntax =IF(?Condition?, ?True?, IF(?Condition 2?, ?True 2?, ?False?))

NOTE: The second if is a replacement for the False clause and can be repeated over as many times as required.
