Very nice extension. Very clean and easy-to-use UI. The only suggestion I would like to make is that maybe you should consider adding "groups" into the block site list section. By that I mean we could create multiple groups and set specific options for each other separately.
Custom groups for example:
Block Adult sites forever
block social media only on work time
block every website at night when you need to sleep etc.
