These " videos " are shameless commercials for the tv show, they aren't clips that show the deal from start to finish, the clips are teaser clips that don't show how the deal turns out, such a waste of time .

IM OUT !

Too bad we in the U.S. can't see it anywhere. I remember seeing the episode(s09e06), and he made a deal for 5%. Not much more.

I thought he was some kind of relestate agent type website.

But from what it sounds like he's just a glorified web designer who cut off 99% of his market and cators his ability to make websites to people who own relestate companies.

This was a huge thing 10 years ago any tom dick and jerry who knew how to write a web page (Back then it was even easier as using just straight up html would make you more then qualified). Companies were dishing out big for you too as web desighn intimidated people. so a 3 month education could have you making 50k+ a year working from home on freelance work.

Then the Chinese came around and offered the same work for fraction of the costs. and pre made professional easily pirated  flash templates ect.. And killed that market 10 fold. This guys company is about 10 years to late. And what the hell why such a large start up it costs like 10 dollars to rent a server.

Nov. 19, 2014 . . . realestate co. that I deal with uses Morgan Carey's co. Looking at Landmark.com, and the greeting has not been updated since 2012 (at least 2 years). Looked for the website of my realtor and under "Web Site" my browser said "couldn't find".
"Live Support" is on the Real Estate Webmaster site. Says there is an operator standing by. I wrote about 10 lines of text, still waiting for "Support" to respond. All the while get a "Currently 1 visitor(s) waiting to be served". I'll bet money, There Ain't Nobody Home!!

I wish it were so, but he's valuing the company at $50M, and with his revenues, it's just not there...

I sure hope so. I know that he's busted his ass to get the company to where it's at, amongst a ton of other talent employed by REW. Good luck guys!!!

He seems very shady; does not sound credible. He is oblivious of his own competitors.

REW's power is the tools that their sites provide, mainly the built in CRM. I'm a high end programmer and I am very impressed as to what REW sites can offer. Just my 2 cents.
