Home is a song we wrote early last year after months on the road for the first time in our lives, and the way it was received was overwhelming. It was really the response to this song that helped us find our home on the road while touring. The Resolution Tour served as an opportunity to rework the song into a more stripped down and raw version, and after performing it that way night after night, and re-falling in love with the emotion of the song, we decided we needed to preserve that by recording a studio version. brb as i cry because my love for paradise fears is unreal. I havent been a fan for a long time I really actually listened to them for the first time at a Go Radio concert in Iowa City where they were opening. I had heard of them before but never really listened to them and then I was already loving them as they played but Sanctuary came on and during the speech all of my closest friends and I were just so into the music and we cried together because of the lyrics. Ive loved Paradise fears since.

I was such a big fan of Before You Exit but when they went on tour with Paradise Fears I feel like I like them more than BYE. PF music is just so much more meaningful and has a story to tell in the lyrics. The maturity difference between the two bands really show.

Damn, it's crazy for me to see how far these guys made it. I've been listening to these guys since before they went on their "Pretty Good Friends" Tour, and that was a while ago. I guess I had the upper hand though, since we are from the same town.
