I think using that drill you have absolutely no feel for how tight those wires are being twisted, and vary possibly compromising the strength of the copper wire at the twisted joint.

This is illegal in many countries, the same as soldering, but when you do it properly, it's better connection than some officialy bought terminals. Just screw it like this is not something I would do, only temporary when I need to connect something fast and not permanently.
When I want to do it properly forever, I firstly screw it together, then warp another copper wire around it and then solder it and ofcourse isolate it properly, not with some spray.

I mean I could see this with a wire nut holding up better on outdoor installs near the ocean/saltwater than wago or regular wire nut connections

Soldering is not an acceptable method of connecting electrical conductors per the NEC. Wire nuts or push in connectors are acceptable.

Very funny. You're getting tired of all the contrary criticism.
Soldering is fine of you aren't going to insert those tinned connections into screw terminals., eg the back of a socket.
Some mechanical connections are required to be subsequently protected with conductive paint. Not your remit here
Beware of silver paint. Many a Christmas tree has fused after using silver paint as decoration.

Keep the spray OFF the bare wires. Those twist are WAY over tight, just 5 twists by hand is enough. If have to undo those twists, im cutting it all out.
