When I lived in Naples, in restaurants every person would get there own pizza and was eaten with a fork, you had too because it was so thin, couldn't cut in slices it so0000 delicious, the only pizza with hands was the street food pizza, square thicker yummy! They never put a lot of chz just a few chunks here and there, soo good you'd think you miss it but turns out being just right!
