The word draw here in the greek language can mean no other than to compel.

it is not that we can’t it is we won’t until he awakens us. he acts on us first. even Wesleyans and free wheel people believe any version of total depravity, which says God has to make the first move to his preveniant grace.

What is it? An idea invented by man. Paul said in his FLESH dwelt no good thing. Yet in his mind he wanted to serve the Lord. The context is his life under the Mosaic Law (see logical flow of Romans 7). So man is not totally depraved. He just is drawn to sin and the Law makes it worse.

Scripture clearly says we will not come and that we do not seek God and we hate God
That's totally depraved
