You know, there’s a reason they killed off T’challa in the second movie, because originally, it was gonna feature him grieving the loss of time after the snap in Avengers Infinity War and Avengers Endgame, but when Chadwick Boseman died, they changed the story so that it would be his family and people grieving him instead. That’s why T’challa died, and there’s not going to be a recasting. Some people are cemented in place as a certain character, like how RDJ was Tony Stark, and since he wanted to retire from being Tony Stark, they killed him off instead of recasting him. It’s the same with every role Jim Carrey has had too, every sequel that has tried recasting his role has been monumental failures.

They need a fresh face Marvel should cast Martin Bobb-Semple, he's young, talented and athletic and also he's the correct height. 👍
