Looking to improve your hand eye coordination? Here are “3 Easy Ways” that I have found that will do that.
1) Squeezes - continuously squeeze the ball in your finger tips, move your arm higher and lower to increase difficulty
2) Tosses - catch and toss the ball up and down, change the height and arm angle as you go
3) Spins - spin the ball inside, outside, under, and over repeatedly with your finger tips.

Give each of these a try for 10-15 seconds and do a set with your right and left hands.
