I started learning Python through this series about a year ago and only got to this episode, but revisiting it after not doing much programming at all for that whole year, I remembered so much simply because of how entertaining and engaging the videos are.

When I get a idea of something that might work or if I think I know the answer before Chuck reveals it, I like to pause the video and try the method in my head. So I used IF name != 'Ben" print("Welcome' + name + 'Would you like a menu?' That works as well instead of using else.
