What makes this world so beautiful, but so hard sometimes? Recently, I've discovered the transformative power of a beautiful sunset. It's astonishing how powerful the sun can be not just physically, but emotionally and spiritually. I encourage all of you to get up to watch the sunrise and meditate, pray, stretch, sing, whatever you want. I promise you, being able to see the day start is so inspiring.

But ultimately, what I want to say is that YOU are SO LOVED. When you feel like giving up, giving in, quitting, letting the negative thoughts consume you, just remember how loved you are. Because, you are. Trust me. Even if you may not feel it right now, or see it right now, you are STILL so loved.

Kat did a photoshoot at Treasure Island Beach near The University of Tampa where I go to school. I recorded some clips for her, and decided to make this short video while admiring the beautiful sunset. Hope you enjoy!!
