The truth is that the makeup industry had a huge surge in popularity. Companies upped their production, now the popularity surge has calmed and they're producing way too much and theres no where else for it to go but the discount stores.

It was Jeffery/Shane and Morphe collab that was at Nordstrom Rack not Jeffery’s individual line. He said in his video when he was explaining it was wrong what he did to Kat, that he was still new to the game of brands etc and didn’t understand why they would ever sell to places like that and now he realizes after learning more several years later, that when you have over stock and you need to get rid of it, and you have these other stores you can still sell to for some sort of profit still that it was a smart business move. I applaud him for being accountable for past actions and explaining the business and being honest that it’s smart in the end instead of sticking to his original views.
