So now we're going to fold a single pocket fold, and this is a very simple napkin fold, so if you're in a hurry, or you want to just do something quick and easy. A lot of the folds are based off a square, and this is actually a rectangular shape.

So what we're going to do is we're going to fold it in half, and then we're going to fold it in half again just to have a starting line. We're going to peel it back. Then we're going to fold this edge up to this center line, and then we're going to fold it up one more time. We're going to tuck this edge back. We're going to insert our silverware, and this is a traditional single pocket fold. Put it to our plate.
