Decimal health is a big thing in fortnite that not many people know about. He probably had 14.2 health and it rounded to 14 so when he got to 2hp he has 2.2 and had 0.2 at the end

A simple explanation for this is that Fortnite health has decimals. For further proof, if you go into replay mode and someone is on 0.1-0.9 health it will show their HP as 0, but for them it would show them being at 1 HP. I’ve seen multiple instances of this happen when AussieAntics has done viewing parties for tournaments in replay mode.
