Has anybody else smelled real orange blossom and gardenia? They smell freaking fantastic. Real Gardenia flower has a butonic (buttery) smell to it which was so unexpected and beautiful.

I wish kilian kept the old formula, it’s definitely much lighter now and doesn’t last long .
As far as the color, I did notice that the color gets darker with time…

I adore Memo Sintra and many thanks to you for your previous review dedicated to it )) and what a lovely presentation of the juice, the bottle design and the postcard that goes with the bottle. I have been to Sintra and the fragrance does convey the magic of this place.

I LOVE gourmand fragrances, but Love, Don't Be Shy just doesn't do it for me, at least on its own. On me it is very, very sweet and quite linear. I have found myself layering it so that the sweetness is toned down and it has a little more oomph and spice. May sound like a strange combo, but my favorite to layer this with is Chapel Factory Holy Stick! The incense and spice combines with the sweetness and also really amps up the sillage! Thanks for the alternatives - I really want to check out the Memo Paris Sintra!

Great video, completely agree with you. Had the older version, and also bought the white bottle. The juice is way thinner, doesn't last that long and the color is lighter. But it goes on more.. I also recently bought a refill because there was a rumor spreading from some channels that for 5 more months the existing refills are still the older version of the perfume. Completely false! The refill is even lighter than the white bottle. This perfume has become such a disappointment

Anyone else notice how if you layer LDBS (or a good dupe) with Montale's Roses Musk, you pretty much get Mancera's Roses Vanille? I was so excited when I discovered that combo one day! It's like getting 3 fragrances for 2, plus the layered pair lasts better than Roses Vanille, in my experience.

I just tried Love don’t be shy, and the dry down is pretty delicious… Never tried it before, so I can’t compare it. Yummy though, even as it is 💕

Hi. I've never heard of Killian before. Nor am I familiar with niche parfum. But somehow I became aware on YT on ldbs. I became curious so a month ago I bought a sample of it. They only had the extreme version. What shall I say. Oh my gosh. I am obsessed. Since I have it, it has overshadowed all the parfums I own. The only fragrances I still use are Alien, light blue DG and For Her Narciso. I don't know the earlier version of ldbs and so I can't say if there are any differences or reformulation. But what I know is that it smells like heaven. It smells very long and strong. Extreme is more sensual cuddly and more vanilla vibes. GEORGEOUS. A dreamlike fragrance. Now i own both. Even they are incredibly expensive they are worth the money

There is absolutely a near the longevity nor the sillage as before. I can’t believe some people haven’t noticed the difference in ALL fragrances, as the IFRA (International Fragrance Regulatory Agency) several years ago banned and limited the use of the main ingredients that give fragrance its longevity and projection. The industry is trying to keep this hush hush a\to continue selling their now subpar product for premium prices

I just want to say LDBS has been reformulated, its not as strong or last as long as the original version so you are correct BUT I have been buying LDBS since it first came out and it always was light and then would turn blood orange, so the color of the white bottle did not give it away it was the lasting power and strength. All I can say is thank God i have a full bottle unused from the original and the large 8.4 oz .
