What is a company looking for if they use the MBTI to determine who they want to hire? Since they use these tests now to rule out hiring potential employees, how should we answer the test? Is there an ideal personality type to shoot for?

Why not release one comprehensive video on myerr Briggs if you feel it is important for job candidates to consider for the resume? Since last week you have been releasing 3 smaller content pieces surrounding this controversial topic. What's the point organizing your videos in this fashion in relation to this topic? All of your other videos I thought were incredibly insightful and learned quite a bit, but delegating weeks of your time on controversial topics such as this one is not the way to make use of your time helping people If that's what you are after imo.
