Thanks for sharing your one year update. You look beautiful and awesome. I started my transition two years ago. First year dealing with social transition and counseling. Started my HRT February this year and finishing my 8th month. I am taking 100 mg spirolactone daily and .2 estrodial patch twice weekly. My testosterone is very low at 12 and my estrogen is at 76. I need to be at 100 or above. I just completed my legal name change.

Corey dear wonderful 1 year update. I myself am two years and 6 months going on 7 months in two weeks in May. Keeping up with my electrolysis down there and then I can have my SRS surgery after summer most likely.

Hey sweetie I have been on 100mg of Spiro 1 a day, 100mg of progesteron 1 a day and 1 mg of estradiol 2 a day for 2 months now and I go see my doc next month and they are to increase the estradiol to 2mg 2 a day but if you want better mood control and breast growth you need to be taking progesteron as well I am 2 months in and have a good A cup

I am Ashleigh I am an Aussie transgender I have been on hormones for just over one year. My dosage started with 150 mg of Spiro and 2mg with estradiol after 3 months my doctor put my estradiol up to 4 mg. After 6 months they increased my estradiol to 6 mg but it made my estrogen level go to 670 too high so now I am back on 4mgs. At 6 months my doctor changed my Spiro to Cyproterone because my potassium level kept going up. Anyway you look amazing luv your videos

love the video! I am beginning HRT in about two weeks.... eeeek. I've made a ton of vegan soups and been freezing them. I'm just curious where you are going to get FFS. Is it in Canada? because I'm looking. I'd like to get brow, nose and chin feminized. Luckily I don't have an adam's apple. Bless!!!
