ASX’s Leading Momentum Sector: Property Management | +28% Monthly Gain

Показать описание
Reviewing the performance of the Top 6 Property Management companies on the ASX over the past month. These companies, which include Stockman Group SGP and Lendlease, have shown strong relative performance, outpacing the ASX 200 index and the broader market. This trend was attributed to the "Dogs of the Dow" theory, where laggards underperform into the end of the financial year, but strongly in the start of the new FY. Also noting despite Goodman Group's strong annual performance, did not make it to the Top 6 due to its relatively modest gains in the last month. Then analysing IMB’s Cup and Handle set up, finishing with a Inside Day 7 set up before breaking out to become this month’s leader.
