I stayed in the World's Richest Town (Gstaad, Switzerland!). We explored a billionaire's favorite hotel, super-luxurious stores in the town, expensive caviar, and met locals giving horse-ride tours through this super luxurious ski village.

I live in Gstaad and am a local. I do not think the media’s portrayal on gstaad is what the reality is for 95% of the people living here who are just regular people such as farmers. And the stores you showed are all the most expensive when there’s places like coop, migros, and schmid which are all cheaper. I am not necessarily saying I do not agree with the video. I just think it’s important to acknowledge the other perspective. Great video though!

Btw. Gstaad is not even the "richest town" in Switzerland. It just has a couple of overpriced stores and some wealthy tourists. But there is also places where you can buy food and items for reasonable prices.

As a Swiss Person, you did a mistake while explaining. For example the bomberjacket costs 7100 Swiss Francs, which is in USD around 8000 USD and not 7100 USD

The way everything is told in “dollars” when it’s Swiss francs is like … odd? Lazy? Wrong? I know it’s a similar exchange but it’s not the same currency nor price . Also it would have been nice to introduce the location and actually say Switzerland in the intro. Maybe even a map showing location. It just felt like the video was mainly just for shock vs giving some actual accurate information. I think finding a balance of entertainment but also accuracy is what is holding this channel back a bit :/ but it has so much potential!
