I love how (intentionally or not) this song links with "If trees could talk" (rule 22) at 1:32 with "And share with silence of the trees". Just something I noticed while listening and wanted to share :)

Momento Mori means " Remember you must die " and that line " i never wanted to sleep " chould possibly refer to how people say that someone died to a little kid very often, wich goes along the lines of " { insert name of a person who died recently } is in a sleep they wont wake up from " the idea of a fish in a birdcage is like, trapping someone in a mental cage they can never escape from, a bird can fly and birdcages are designed for them, not for fish who cannot live without water, it chould also have a literal meaning of killing someone because if you put a fish in a bird cage it whould die. and the line " i cant even remember my own name " chould possibly relate to the fact that when you die, you lose your memories. also that timeless cage thats mentioned? it likely means like a sorta limbo place or hell
