I live in Washington but work in Oregon. I can confirm as a delivery driver, homeless drug addicts are breakdancing everywhere.

It's so fing sad....I live in Oregon, and Saturday market under the bridge, was like a beautiful festival of people and vendors, rain or shine....I miss it 😢.

Baltimore born and raised it started woth percs and oxys then heroin now fet. Glad to say ive been clean since november 15 2019. I enjoy this sober life!!

It’s a sad situation for sure!!! Used to be so beautiful here but now there are just tent cities and homeless people everywhere…from what I’ve heard drugs are easy to get 😢😢😢

I moved out of Wilmington about 10 years ago and pills were huge even back then. Sucks to see what used to be a nice place crumble like that.

I work with high risk youth and their families in the community as a mental health provider. In NC, not far from Wilmington. The Pizuzu Algarot case was there. I can confirm it's a whole hot mess. There's nothing there for people to do but use, virtually no recovery services, and the local economy is in the can.
