Gojo isn't useless without infinity, But Goku would still have access to ultra instinct due to UI being a technique. Luffy has access to Haki which is insanely strong. And then Naruto has the chakra reserves from him clan and sage mode. Gojo loses a lot of his abilities like purple, Blue and red as they are connected due to CT that Infinity is apart of.

You need to understand that infinity is gojo CT and its not just barrier, barrier is just his base form of CT but blue and red and even hallow is infinity too so he could not use them as well

The thing is, Infinity is just a skill wall. Anyone skilled enough can bypass it, otherwise it's just bug swatting. And if anyone can surpass it, THEN Gojo can fight them
