Jigsaw - Sky High | Reaction!

When I hear the word Jigsaw, I think about John Kramer. However, I now also think about these guys! For a sad song lyrically, it sounds very happy musically. From the commanding intro with the heavy bassline and the quick guitar to Dyer's soaring vocals, it's an absolute bop. It's so 1970s disco. Look at the hair!
Thanks for watching!

I can’t believe I still remember the words to the chorus, I haven’t heard this since it was a hit.

A great song. Sadly forgotten by classic hits radio.

I rediscovered this a few weeks ago and can’t believe it’s FIFTY this year.
I was ten when it was a hit and thought it sounded cool. It still does. 😊

Very catchy and very good and with a large helping of nostalgia.

If you like singing drummers and music from this period, you should check out the Dwight Twilley band. They're a bit more rock and roll, a little less disco than Jigsaw. While most of the songs are sung by guitar/keyboard player (and band namesake) Dwight, drummer Phil Seymour sings several songs as well. There's a live performance of the band, with Seymour's vocals, for "Twilley Don't Mind, " where a famous friend sits in on bass.

I can't remember if you've done Airport by The Motors, but that has a similar vibe. And is also superb.

You looked kind of dumbfounded watching it, I would be too if I hadn’t grown up during that era! 😂😂 I used to play it on repeat when I was a kid, it’s still as cheesy and catchy as ever. The band members look like a bunch of sleazy mid 1970’s cars salesmen 😬
