Google is poised to launch its highly anticipated Pixel 9 series on August 13, marking a significant departure from its traditional October release schedule. This year’s launch includes the Pixel 9, the Pixel 9 Pro, the Pixel 9 Pro XL, and the Pixel 9 Pro Fold, also known as the Pixel Fold 2. Im a Pixel fan. But honestly no one but hard core Android fans want Pixels. Ive always felt The Pixel is just a side project for Google. Like "hey we made Android we need or own Android phone out there" no way Google makes money off the Pixel line.

Pixel 2, pixel 4, pixel 6 and pixel 7 pro...
P2 had issues with the screen. P4 had issues with battery. P6 had issues being a phone and was better as a hand warmer. P7 did better as a phone but battery died not last long. Do yourselves a favor and don't be an early adopter. Pixel phones always have issues at launch. Give it a year for Google to acknowledge and fix the issues.

Seems like at least the pixel 9 pro lineup will be a pretty nice upgrade to pixel 6 and 7 users.

Because of the simply more powerful and efficient processor and much better cameras even pixel 8 pro users might upgrade to the 9 pro.

I am switching from my iPhone 15 pro as soon as the pixel 9 pro launches.

Are there any details as to wether we will get the pixel watch 3 as a pre order bonus ?
