'RIP IT UP'
"Rip It Up" is a rock and roll song written by Robert Blackwell and John Marascalco. In June 1956, Specialty Records released it as a single by Little Richard. The song reached the top position on the Billboard Rhythm & Blues Records chart, This version peaked at number 30 in the UK Singles Chart.
It was covered by Cliff Richard and releasing it on his Songbook Album on November 11, 2013

I played my Fender Stratocaster guitar, into a Focusrite Scarlett 2i2 2nd Gen USB Audio Interface, then into a 'Reaper Mixing Software' programme to record the sound whilst playing to the backing track of :- 'Rip It Up'
Using Reaper & Guitar Rig, I produced the desired sound required and saved the finished soundtrack to my computer as a MP3 file.
Then I placed the camera footage onto the timeline in CyberLink PowerDirector19, 'BUT' I replaced the camera soundtrack with the 'NEW' computer mixed soundtrack from Reaper and Guitar Rig,
re-edited the footage to produce the finished video of :- 'Rip It Up'

Hi Ian, I guess this was the rock n roll era at its best. Rip It Up -- a new oldie with so much energy and fun and played with so much zest and enjoyment. It was a roller coast ride from the word go till the end and everything was in sync. A rocking performance.
