My parents have been there. My Dad said immediately you feel the spirit of those who rest there. That it was indeed Hallowed ground & there is a reverence in the air. My parents said they both felt so honored to experience that sacred of places.

Been there with my son and grandson. It's almost too much to look at. So many lives of so many brave heroes. I will never forget and the generations after me won't forget either. Humble respect from a Dutch grandpa who makes sure that his children and grandchildren have the same humble respect. ❤❤❤❤❤

This was a hard trip for me I was in England before the invasion we used to go to the main road and watch the trips head south t h. Yrs later I went to the American cematery. You walk down a road with trees on the side came to an opening a large. Beautiful monument on the right I then turned andloooked to the left to see 1000 graves and these were only US. I dropped to the step and cried k owing so.e of these were men I waved goodbye too yrs we must never forget the price of freedom. When we came to U S I joined the USAF and served as a Brit subject during Korean era to try and in somewY pay back that came to our aid in1942.
