Did you write your own ota code that is on the esp32? I'm debating if i should use idf with a library for ota or use amazon freertos with idf.

​ @Kevin from what i can see, set good system architecture is more important than hire some one at moment, from software side, the frontend, i would change to fluter, this would reduce huge efforts to maintain two code base. again if you have a very good frontend, it would eliminate your hardware "pot" all together, it's a catch 22 situation there that you have to think about, from IOT hardware side, solid OTA is a must, once this is done, you are ready to fly, by the way, from business model side, most of IOT device supplier are become slave to big tech those days, most IOT device flushed to the market is use "race to the button" model, unless you reach to a mass manufacturing, there is no future business prospective await in front of you. IOT is big market from concept point of view, but so far, no one find a magic "pill" to swallow that creates the "killer system" yet!
