I’ve been with ADT. for over 10 years. The app doesn’t work half the time. I’m told that I don’t have correct code. I call in. They say that I changed the perimeters. Or it’s my internet, that I need to be home. It’s crazy.

Wyze cams turn off at random times and have to be manually turned back on. Not dependable.

I like the Ring series. ADT was over charging me. Called to discontinue service, then they offered service at 1/3 the cost. As soon as I decide on which system, I will get rid of ADT. Been a customer for over 10 years between two homes in different states.

Our att system is being discontinued. I wanted a simply safe system. But wife wanted adt so she scheduled them to do install, received hardware quickly. That was the only good thing. We’ve been waiting months for it to be installed and they just keep rescheduling. Finally the wife gave up and canceled them, sending their shit back!

Uh please don't use Vivint? Vivint has been exposed for shady business practices and has landed lawsuits for fraud and identity theft, one of these cases being to literally signing up people who didn't qualify by using someone ELSES credit score and information and if the person they signed up couldn't pay they would instead use the owner of the credit scores to get their money. So if you were unlucky enough to be chosen you'd be paying for not only your system but SOMEONE elses late charge :/ So. I'll pass.
