MV ISLAND WATER - Bohol’s Newest Ferry | Cebu Trip with Family

We were finally able to experience #MVIslandWater, the newest ferry boat traveling from #Tagbilaran to #Cebu and vice versa.

It was fun touring around the spacious boat. They have free WIFI access on-board, convenient charging area to charge your phones, a pantry serving lots of food and drinks, very courteous and friendly staff, clean toilets with urinals and bidet sprays, and the luggage are properly stored inside in a very convenient and secure area.

We paid a roundtrip fare of Php950/each. The travel took a bit longer than the usual fastcraft boats Oceanjet, Weesam or 2Go, but we didn’t mind because we were able to relax and rest well (comfy recliner seats!😎).

Ang ganda ang medyo kulang ay yung bato to ubay kulang kc kung darating ka ng 6pm kailangan pa maghintay ng almost 10am para makaalis ka ng bato patungong bohol ang tagal huh..

Island Biri is now plying the Batangas-Puerto Galera route. It was worth the experience, a very good alternative to the regular RoRo ships.

I booked a, ferry online from cebu to bohol, weeks in advance. It was just before Easter. The night before my passage, I was informed that I was bumped, because of over crowding. My flight was the next morning. I was forced to book a flight from bohol to cebu. That day. Costly and very inconvenient.
