Honestly, even though I see things starting to shift in the world in a positive way, there’s still so much that seems overwhelming and negative. Even though I consciously apply spiritual principles in my daily life, there’s still a sense of struggle to stay centered in those principles.

What I’m realizing is that it isn’t in spite of the discomfort and challenges that we raise our consciousness, it is because of them. There is something within us calling us to a greater understanding of ourselves, of our relationship to Spirit, and of our place in the world.

As we rise up, we not only grow and evolve in our own lives, we also become a part of creating a world that works for all.
