It is the correct counterplay against chip and charge strategy. Every tactic has a counter, that is why it is all fair play. Just like underarm serve. If you can't handle it, how can you call yourself the best? No clue why people are calling SABR disrespectful. It is not like Federer gets 100% of the points either

Federer's SABR had a success rate of about 30%, yet this is the only ocassion Djokovic was able to counter it!

Ironically that's one of Roger's best SABR returns ever. The ones that worked earlier on Novak were fairly easy balls he missed because he was surprised by the whole thing.
