Stop saying the jougan is non canon. In the manga when he activates it, there were no veins surrounding the eye, the manga also needs AN ENTIRE PANEL just to show the eye, meaning it must be special. Next, Kawaki is also shocked when he sees the eye of Boruto, if it was only an ordinary byakugan, then why should he be surprised by it?
