You have an entire NF community that feels just like you. I’m 36 and listening to this helps me not only understand my deep thoughts, but reminds me to keep what’s important in life as my main focus. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve called a love one shortly after an NF jam session, and just being like, dad I love you man lol.

Once you react to intro 3 and his very last song on hope “running” it’s amazing to see how he illustrates his transformation.

Also have heard numerous accounts (online so who knows validity of stories) of people claiming NF is the reason they were able to fight through depression and even suicidal thoughts.

Love watching people take in NF and appreciate you being vulnerable and raw about everything. Hope you enjoy the journey!
