He needs complete health check ✔️. It looks the doctors where he was going seem not to know what they are doing. If someone present themselves to you with such condition they have to know what to do first. Not to diagnose one condition today and the other tomorrow and high blood pressure doesn't just go away like that. Once you have it it's normally for life. Some people do recover from it but it's usually for life. And this man took him long to seek help from the hospital. Next time don't do that. As an educated man I thought he would say he went to the hospital but he rather went to a traditional healers. And the other thing he needs to state if he used to abuse alcohol. Because ascites is normally caused by the liver. If the liver isn't functioning well, some of the fluids are collected to the stomach. What he needs is to go to the hospital and get that water drained. As for the blindness, he needs to check out the diabetes. Because that's the one that normally causes blindness. And he needs to be checked for cataracts. There's no witchcraft at all but as people age, we do suffer from so many diseases. We have to get sick for us to die. Because if we just go like that people don't take it well. It's better to suffer a little before meeting our Maker
