Ukraine’s strategy is the same as the Kherson offensive last year - attack logistics in the Russian rear while pushing Russia’s entrenched positions to make them use up ammunition and equipment. In Kherson Ukraines offensive made little progress for more that a month with significant losses, Then the Russians had to retreat due to lack of supplies.
