I've been doing this for days now. Just have your controller 'plugged in' and rotating the look (right stick) in front of an 'open' nightclub safe (AFK). I have made 1 million dollars continuously every few hours 'literally' doing nothing. Passive mode thing works well here as your next to the elevator (throw someone out every couple hours).

*TIP* for the popularity hack random event thing just disband ur MC or CEO and walk in and out of ur nightclub to get the random event to spawn, u don’t need to be in passive mode aswell just thought I’d say
