DCCI was delighted to have brought 23 master craftspeople to the 20th anniversary of Collect, the leading international fair for contemporary craft and design.
Collect 2024 in London is the leading international fair for contemporary craft and design. It offers collectors an opportunity to acquire new, museum-quality handcrafted artworks from some of this century’s finest craft talent.
The DCCI exhibition at Collect was supported by the Department of Enterprise, Trade and Employment. It is a collaboration led by DCCI with the Department of Foreign Affairs, Craft NI and Crafts Council UK. It featured work by 23 Irish makers, all from DCCI’s Portfolio Critical Selection, who have participated in Collect over the last 20 years.
It was a tremendous mark of recognition to have such a significant representation of Ireland on this expansive international stage, showcasing some of our most exemplary craftsmanship.
