I really do wish there are pursuit breakers in the game. The cops surely are more challenging now but now its just almost impossible to get them off your six.

This is getting Ambarrising now! I just can't seem to Escape the Police. I Got Busted 5 times last night losing around $ 200K I only managed Once to evade them around the Containers. I get screwed every time I'm trying to get to a place where I can find a Ramp(s) The problem is that you reached Level 5 at places with zero Ramps or next to nothing Ramsp, which means you have to drive around with cops hot on your tail while you looking for escape Ramps.

This is the best way to rank up too. I just hit the 2 jumps and the speed trap back n forth and the cops are a bonus

Drive over to Port Murphy and find the ramps and jump on to the shipping containers. They won't come after you there. Just wait them out.

The ramps are such a cheap way to get rid of cops, but then again, they are so overpowered and the lack of pursuit breakers make me not care about it for a bit. The game is SO good, it's just the kinks that need to be ironed out at this point. Hopefully next iteration will be even better, if they learn from the mistakes of Heat.
