I've built 3 tiny homes and the foundation is ALWAYS difficult because it is so crucial to get right. Glad to see you didn't skimp on that stage. It is crucial. You can get Mason's line and a mason line level which is pretty cheap vs a laser level. At your distances the line sag on a very tightly stretched mason line isn't too bad. This build looks way fun actually. The creative way the company built in the cantilevered support for the upper story into a decorative element is design genius BTW. props to the designers.
