Shit happens. As a software engineer, I know how hard it could be from the bottom of my heart. Whenever we have a major issue in the production environment, we work days and nights to fix the bugs and correct the data until it is done.

Its wear and tear . Without monthly or yearly maintenance and inspection, you will never know which parts have reach its MTBF and require replacement . As for the situation now, its best to hire the engineer and technician from vendor, Kawasaki japan to troubleshoot it as they have the knowledge . At the same time can educate the smrt engineers and technicians on that issue .
