The title clearly states how to run KDE Plasma on Windows, but this video shows how this user installed a Linux distro on a machine having the Windows OS on it. This isn't KDE Plasma running as the UI for Windows, but a demonstration of how to create a dual booting device, insecurely, using far more steps than necessary. Dual booting is deprecated. Virtual machines and container technology are freely available. There is a plethora of prebuilt images reputable sources e.g. MSFT

The title doesn't say how to run Plasma on a nix machine and explicitly states Windows 10. I think changing the title to something not misleading will save many time, time they will never get back, time taken from intentional misleading. Can you return my time to my life please?
