I bought a mi drone 4k when I was frying the drone the battery was automatically damage And I tried to reset the battery now the drone is showing that the battery has been damage it can't fly anymore, What's the solution to this problem

Wow I just got mine and i'm using an android Note * can't get it to connect either way with donagle or tethered do yo have any idea what is causing this ??? I have tried to uninstall reinstall the app 2 or 3 times still no luck, Could it be a bad radio I'm at my wits end with this and i'm getting no support from Xiaomi at all ????

Hy...am from indonesian...i have trouble connection... Was i have my samsung mobile j7 prime... Its normal i use for mi drone... Then when i change my mobile device asus zenfone max pro1 ... I cant connect.. always failed... Notification "unable connection" .. can you help this ..

Do not purchase Xiaomi Drones or phones. I purchase their Xiaomi 4k drone and found out they knew their batteries are illegal in both Canada and the United States. So now I have a brand new drone with no battery. Contacted their customer service and this is the response.
