ASMR POV Face Massage & Delta Waves For Deep Sleep

Welcome to my asmr video where I will relax you with a facial massage and make you sleepy with delta waves! I would like to give you more detailed information about this very special session:

Delta waves, also known as slow sleep waves, are generally a wave with a low frequency (0.5 - 4 Hertz) range. I will try to push you to that sleep frequency by using these sound waves in the video.

If you are a follower of my old videos, you can see these delta waves in my Reiki videos that I use to destroy your negative energy. In fact, there is no scientific effect or evidence for this. I only use it because it triggers sleep. So just sit back and enjoy this relaxation!

You will find a video full of facial massage and fabric sounds. I think that the sounds of my hands moving on the blanket will relax you immensely and make you sleep immediately. Because even I almost fell asleep while I was editing the video!!!

The sleep therapy in the last part will be aimed at breaking your sleep resistance completely if you can resist the first 40 minutes of the video.

Of course, I have to warn you about the following: Delta waves in the video will not give the same effect to everyone. I know that there are viewers who are particularly disturbed by these sounds. So if you're not a fan of these sounds, I respect that you don't want to watch the video.
