I loved this shoe from the first run, and I still love it now. If you haven’t ran in the Takumi Sen, believe the hype, and grab a pair! Honestly, they are fun to run in, propulsive and want you to go faster. I think I will be using this type of shoe for my speed sessions for years to come…….

Any recommendations for BETTER speed shoes? Can anything else compete in this price range? ASICS Superblast maybe?

Really enjoyed the Sen 8s ended up picking up 2 on sale last sunmer in the green & the orange, although they arent the first shoe I reach for they always drive me forwards more than any other during speed work! Really well worth ⏩

Used the Adizero Pros for the Manchester marathon at the weekend. Superb shoe that is a great balance of plush/comfort and speed
