Hi Sir..First and foremost thank you for your video.By the way, in 14.09 minits you mentioned that Area is given which is 70m2, but in the question, there is no provided area.The area must be calculated using Area of triangle using trigonometry method.We cannot simply take that value 70m2. i already computed that area which gives value of 69.84m2 and round it off to 70m2.If other question wont give the Area, how do we calculated the area Sir?.Some this question basically will provide the area and some others same question would not give the area.So if no area given, we must find it using method that i stated.Just want to add the information.

Hi there, this is a good video but i think there's a mistake at 28:25 where D=0.8 but actually, D=10/8 so D=1.25
