I think regen shield is so good. I mean so many abilities just chip damage shield so easily and quickly, I def think it won’t be OP but actually give a chance in the round.

if the shield was a sub choice for heavy shield and isn't higher than 40, I believe heavy shield would still be the popular choice. strinova had the same concept and yet heavy shield still is the people choice
