This is the big boxing scene from one of Danny Kaye's best early comedies. He plays a milkman who accidentally winds up as a boxer. In this scene, his opponent has been drugged...but Danny still needs a lot of help in defeating him!

Danny Kaye could make people laugh in dozens of ways. One thing he always had going for him was superb athleticism: he was the master of sophisticated slapstick!

I just realized that it´s a remake of a Harold Lloyd´s movie from 1936 and Lionel Stander played the same character. So great!!!

In real life, he would've been up against Jake "Raging Bull" La Motta for the middle-weight title

Vücudunu böyle iyi kullanan oyuncu görünce aklıma 'Alper Kul' geliyor 😁
