Good luck getting it to work after the 3 minute install. I guess if they were going to work, the new one in the safe wouldn’t have failed after a week and a half. The replacement they sent wouldn’t reprogram at all. Haha

I received that replacement Keypad. Unfortunately it will not let me Program my code. I'm guessing it needs a manager code but unfortunately it did not come with one.

I have a few-month-old Canon safe that I need to do this to. So pissed off with the poor CS I have received. It took over a month just to get info on installing new pieces. For what I paid for the safe, they should have someone come out and do it for me, plus resetting the code. I own multiple Canon safes and they quality has dropped off in the last 6 years, that much is evident by doing a google search. So many unhappy customers.
